Our repairers offer a one year guarantee on any repair
or alteration that they do, and the waiting time is normally within one week. Any
items over £100.00 and brought from our stores that need altering will not be charged.

In-store
To find our nearest store to you, please go to our store locator. We offer
a friendly and helpful service to all our individual customers on a one to one basis
whilst visiting our stores. Each store has a dedicated and trained team, who are
more than willing to advise you on the jewellery and services we have in store.
On-Line
Browsing and purchasing from our web site is secure and easy to use and we
deliver free to your door. To find what you are looking for follow the links on the
home page. Our web site allows you, our customers to access our fantastic range from
your own home.
Customer Orders
If there is an item on-line or in store that you like, but is not
available in your ring size,length of bracelet or chain, we can either order it for
you from the manufacturers, or our other stores.
If this is unsuccessful, then we are most likely be able to get it altered for you.
{free of charge on items over £100.00} Depending on the order, it normally takes
between 3 to 10 days.
Deposits
In The Gold Centre stores we also offer a deposit system all year round.
This allows our customers to secure item(s) they would like to purchase and spread
the cost of it up to three months and then they can collect it once payments completed.
For the initial payment we ask for 10% of the whole amount and then the customer
can pay as much as they want, when they want within three months.

Buying in Old Gold from customers
Recently, we have begun to buy old gold in from
the public. We do this to melt it down to liquid and manufacture it to make stock.
We offer a good rate of pay and if you decide to use the money you have received
within the store, we can offer you a further 10% discount on the same day, or as
a credit note for in the future. Please note we do not sell second-hand jewellery
in any of our stores.
Return and Exchange Policy and Guarantee.
We are so confident of our quality we can
guarantee each item we sell. If you are not completely happy you can return it for
an exchange or refund within 16 days. This excludes body jewellery and pierced earrings
for hygiene reasons. If returned the item must be in its original condition with
proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event that your purchase needs attention due to a manufacturing fault
then we will be happy to repair it at our cost within the first 12 months, as long
as you have proof of purchase.
Valuation Certificates
For items brought over £150.00, we are able to offer valuation
certificates for insurance purposes in case of loss or theft. The value of the item
will be for the RRP, not the sale price. The certificate will be sent to the home
address within two weeks.
